This policy explains what MK Roofing LLC does with the information you send us through this website. Last updated September 2026.
Only what you type into a quote or booking form: your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we never will by email.
We use it to answer your enquiry — to call you back, book an inspection, and prepare a quote. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to marketing companies. We share it with someone else only where a job genuinely requires it, such as a supplier quoting on materials for your roof, or where the law requires us to.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly closed. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as the 10-year workmanship warranty runs, plus whatever period tax and insurance rules require, because we need them to honour a warranty claim.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only third-party content on any page is the Google Maps panel on our contact page; when it loads, Google receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. Nothing else about your visit is recorded.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (505) 528-5353 or email mkroofingllc1@gmail.com and we will action it. There is no mailing list on this site, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
