Yes. We inspect the roof, photograph anything we find and give you a written estimate at no charge. If nothing needs doing we will say so.
We do. Architectural design, 3D visualization and interior planning sit alongside the roofing side, so a remodel can be drawn, visualized and roofed by the same team.
A typical single-family home is two to three days once materials are on site. Weather can stretch that out, and we will keep you posted if it does.
We warrant our workmanship for 10 years. Manufacturer warranties on materials run separately and we pass those on to you in writing.
We do. After a hail or wind event we document the damage the way adjusters want it — dated photos, a written cause-of-damage summary and an itemized estimate.
Yes. Drawing sets are prepared to submit for permit in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County, and we will work through any review comments with you.
